Training package development team
The team has been successfully developing technical education and other training packages in complex ways in successively 3 years. Within frame of the work, the team has completed total of 21 packages for underground geotechnical operation, 9 packages of Block caving methods, 6 packages for underground primary crusher and material handling system operation and 13 standard work procedures for open pit operations, resulted in total of over 60 newly developed and/or updated training packages and handout materials.
Moreover, in order to improve basic engineering skills training to international standards, it is now making required developments and updates in the training modules to be delivered in both online and classroom learning environments.
