We have been successfully partnering with Mongolia’s leading mining company, Oyu Tolgoi, to implement various programs aimed at enhancing employees’ skills and competencies.
Since 2013, we have been delivering safety training at the Oyu Tolgoi mine site in accordance with relevant standards. During this period, we have trained an average of over 10,000 employees annually through approximately 30 different courses in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). In addition, since 2018, we have established and operated a dedicated Learning and Development team for Oyu Tolgoi. Under the employer’s commission, we have been comprehensively developing workplace-based technical education and other training programs, including updating existing curricula and designing new training programs to meet operational needs
