About

It was founded in 2013 with the aim of organizing occupational health and safety and vocational training and consulting services at a professional level, in accordance with the needs of customers, through programs and methodologies that meet Mongolian and international standards.

We have been successfully implementing several programs to enhance the skills of our employees in collaboration with Oyu Tolgoi, the leading mining company in Mongolia. In particular, since 2013, we have started conducting safety training at the Oyu Tolgoi mine site in accordance with relevant standards. During this period, we have trained an average of more than 10,000 employees annually in about 30 types of health, safety, and environmental training. In addition, we have established a training development team at Oyu Tolgoi and have been successfully developing and updating technical education and other training programs at the request of the employer since 2018.

Safe Work Training

Our company has been implementing the Australian Engineering Education CERT-2 qualification program for the 10th year at the Khanbogd soum training center in Omnogovi province.

The company has been conducting safety training at Oyu Tolgoi LLC’s mine sites since 2013, in accordance with Mongolian and Rio Tinto LLC standards. We train an average of 10,000 people annually in 26 types of OHS and High Risk training courses in Mongolian and English. We have contributed to the implementation of Oyu Tolgoi LLC’s Zero Accident Program, supporting 70,000+ hours of work without accidents or injuries. We share our experience and capabilities with similar organizations, businesses, and citizens to spread safety practices.
